Hi, I’m Emily Jaroszek — the heart behind Eternal Elegance, and a lifelong lover of all things bridal. Ever since I was a little girl watching Four Weddings and Say Yes to the Dress, I knew that helping others find their dream dress and plan their perfect day was what I was meant to do.

I studied Marketing, International Business, and Graphic Design at SUNY Brockport, blending creativity with strategy to bring a unique and thoughtful approach to the bridal industry. My eye for design, love for romance, and attention to detail all come together to help brides feel confident, beautiful, and supported every step of the way.

One of my biggest inspirations has always been Randy Fenoli — his passion for helping brides and his belief that "every bride deserves to feel beautiful" truly shaped my own vision. Today, I’m proud to carry his stunning designs in my boutique.

In addition to being a certified wedding planner, I had the honor of planning my sister’s destination wedding in Key Largo, Florida in December of 2024. That experience only deepened my love for creating unforgettable celebrations and special moments.

Alongside our bridal experience, Iron Tux & Suits Co. is led by my husband, Kenneth Jaroszek, whose passion for men’s formalwear began while searching for his own wedding tuxedo. A graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a degree in Criminal Justice, he brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of professionalism to every client interaction. What started as a personal experience quickly became a mission—to create a stress-free, streamlined process that puts grooms and their parties at ease, allowing them to feel confident, comfortable, and fully present throughout the experience. He understands firsthand how important these moments are and is committed to making the process as seamless as possible.

With a catalog-based approach and a focus on simplicity, he offers a refined yet approachable experience, bringing a relaxed confidence to the men’s side of wedding styling. His role within the boutique reflects a shared vision of creating a truly elevated, all-in-one destination—helping make our space a seamless experience for couples from “yes” to “I do.”

At Eternal Elegance by Emily, Natalie Meyer brings a thoughtful, polished approach to every bridal appointment, blending professionalism with a genuine passion for helping brides feel confident and seen. She earned her associate’s degree in Psychology from Monroe Community College and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at SUNY Geneseo, along with a minor in business and marketing, giving her a strong foundation in understanding and connecting with others.

While new to the world of fashion retail, Natalie has long been drawn to bridal and the artistry behind the experience. Her background in retail, combined with her work in Applied Behavioral Analysis as a behavioral technician, has shaped her ability to connect, listen, and guide with care and intention. With a natural warmth and eagerness to grow within the industry, Natalie is dedicated to creating a seamless, supportive experience for every bride as she steps into her happily ever after.

Bridal Consultant

At Eternal Elegance by Emily, my mother, Melissa Perkins, brings a warm, refined presence to every appointment, creating an experience that feels both personal and elevated. A lifelong resident of Avon, she is widely recognized for her role as General Manager of Tom Wahl's, where her commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail have made her a trusted name in the community. Her deep local roots and years of leadership experience bring a sense of trust, familiarity, and professionalism to every interaction within the boutique.

With a natural ability to connect and an eye for what makes each bride feel confident, Melissa is dedicated to ensuring every moment in the boutique feels seamless and special. Her passion for supporting this business—something so close to our family—combined with her genuine excitement to be part of each bride’s journey, makes her an integral part of creating an unforgettable experience from “yes” to “I do.”

Owner & Creation Specialist

At Eternal Elegance by Emily, my sister, Carissa Perkins-Sennett brings a creative, detail-oriented approach to our custom bridal offerings through Chipperdoodlez Custom Creations, where she designs bridal pajamas, jean jackets, shirts, and personalized wedding pieces. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from SUNY Oswego and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in business analytics from the University at Buffalo, blending creativity with a strong business and analytical foundation. Her passion for custom design began while planning her own wedding, where she discovered the meaning behind personalized pieces and the value of intentional DIY design. What started as a personal project quickly grew into an Etsy shop and a consistent creative outlet rooted in thoughtful, meaningful design.

Alongside her creative work, Carissa serves as a Demand Specialist for an international construction manufacturing corporation, bringing structure, organization, and precision to her professional skill set. This balance of creativity and analytics allows her to design each piece with intention, ensuring every detail feels personal, elevated, and aligned with each bride’s vision from “yes” to “I do.”
